2018 Wet Jacket Redemption Riesling

Pale straw with clear hues. Very fragrant with citrus blossom and honeysuckle, lychees, white peach, lemon zest and a hint of biscuit. Off dry with sweet tangelo, pink grapefruit, apricot and freesia notes. Steely acidity is perfectly balanced with natural fruit sweetness, lovely ripe phenolics and good minerality. The finish is long and sweet with a hint of ripe citrus zest.
