What are your Opening Hours?
Our Wet Jacket Marina Cellar Door in Queentown is open from 11am to 5pm daily (except Public Holidays).
Our last Hosted Tasting starts at 4pm
Can I find Wet Jacket Wines in my local bottle store?
Wet Jacket Wines are not available in any retail stores, but you can find us in select restaurants around Queenstown and New Zealand. We can also ship directly to your door – see here for shipping details.
Of course you can always swing past our Marina Cellar Door in Queenstown to pick up a bottle or two.
Do you sell internationally?
We are not in any retail anywhere in the world but we do ship to a few countries around the world – see here for shipping details and countries.
Do you grow your grapes in the Wet Jacket Arm?
Due to the climate in Wet Jacket Arm (Fiordland) it is not possible to grow any grapes, in fact the closest growing grapes are 150 km away in Central Otago!

Can we stay at your Cellar Door and have something to eat and drink?
We operate as a Cellar Door / Tasting Room but we have some fabulous cafe’s, restaurants and Brewery within walking distance – you can enjoy a glass of Wet Jacket at all of these venues!
Just ask us when you finish your Wine Tasting at our unique Queenstown Cellar Door and we can advise you on what suits your needs best.
Do you have any vines at your Cellar Door? Can I visit your Vineyards?
Our Cellar Door in Queenstown is a a beautiful little boastshed floating over Lake Whakatipu that connects us to the nautical nature of the Wet Jacket brand and story.
All of our vineyards are scattered around the Cromwell basin and are private working “farms”.
How do I make a booking for the Cellar Door?
Walk In’s are welcome, but if you would like to make a booking for a Wine Tasting at our Marina Cellar Door please email hello@wetjacket.co.nz
Let us know the date you wish to book for, time and the amount of people in your crew.
Our Cellar Door is an intimate environment – if you are a large group (6+) we absolutly reccomend calling ahead.
What is your parking like? How do I get to the Cellar Door?
To be honest – we have some of the most convenient parking in Queenstown!
When you enter Sugar Lane off Frankton Road, turn left into the Public Carpark thorugh the boomgate.
Parking is Free for 10min (if you just want to grab a bottle or two) and if you stay for a Hosted Wine Tasting and purchase wine we will provide you with a Complimentary Parking Exit Ticket.
We are easy to walk to from Queentown and the Public Bus stops on the main road about 150m away from us. You can also take the Water Taxi from the Hilton and Downtown Queenstown.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds or returns to any open bottles, if the bottle is unopened and you require a refund or return, please contact us at hello@wetjacket.co.nz or call on +64 3 441 8383.
What if my products are damaged while in transit with a freight company?
We will look after and replace any damaged products that occurr while with a freight company on their way to you.

Are your Wines Vegan?
Our wines are 100% Vegetraian and generally all wines will also be Vegan.
From vintage to vintage there might be slight changes please ask us about each wines if you are concerned.
